30. Under the Rain

Running the river trail
On a clear and sunny day
Is a game of avoiding lazy saunterers.

Run with me in the freezing rain
Where the game turns from people to potholes
Full of muddy waters.

My hair is drenched in minutes
As droplets pelt my face
But without the lazy stollers
Under the rain, I keep pace.
